Complete 6-Month Probationary Period & Review

As part of your onboarding journey at UTA, you will complete a six-month probationary period. This is an important milestone that allows both you and your manager to assess your fit within your role and the organization. At the end of this period, you’ll meet with your manager for a formal six-month review to discuss your performance and progress. Be sure to check in with your manager to schedule this review and for guidance on next steps.

* The probationary period applies to Classified (Regular/Temporary) positions only.
