TCP Overview:
TCP is our central hub for managing time collection, leave requests, and workforce scheduling. On or after your first day, you’ll be enrolled in the TCP Canvas course tailored for your role.
What TCP Covers:
- Clocking In/Out: Record your work shifts.
- Reporting Hours: Review and report hours worked.
- Leave Requests: Submit requests for time off.
Actions Based on Employee Classification:
- Administrative and Professionals (A&P) - Exempt Monthly: Request Leave
- Classified Exempt - Monthly: Vacation, Sick, Hours Entry, Straight Time
- Classified Non-Exempt - Monthly/Semi-Monthly: Vacation, Sick, Hours Entry, Straight Time, Overtime
- Casual (Hourly) - Temp/Non-Exempt: Hours Entry
FOR CLASSIFIED NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES: You are required to clock in at the start of each work shift, clock out before each meal break, clock back in after your meal break, and clock out at the end of your work shift. Rest breaks do not require timeclock actions. If you forget to clock in or out, promptly address the discrepancy with your Manager and Timekeeper approver. |
