Employee Resource Groups

Purpose

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), also known as Employee Networks, are voluntary, employee-led groups that promote employee engagement workplace.

The groups exist to provide support and help in personal or career development and to create a safe space where employees can bring their whole selves to the table. Allies may also be invited to join the ERG to support their colleagues.

Guiding Principles

  • Promote employee engagement
  • Create a safe place for employees with common interests to support one another's personal and professional goals
  • Extend an open invitation to all employees
  • Encourage voluntary participation
  • Adhere to UTA's policies and procedures
  • Abide by the Employee Groups Policy

Gen2Gen Employee Network promotes greater understanding between employees of all generations at UTA.

FGP supports employees who are first in their families to hold a college degree from an institution of higher education.

MVE provides resources and support to military and veteran employees. Open to all employees.

NASNTI provides resources and serves as a support network. Open to all employees.
