Please note: These are guidelines with a hard start date and end date due to UTA's responsibility to report results to the UT System. Please complete your step in a timely manner in order to not impinge on people's time to process evaluations later in the workflow.

Candidates going up for promotion in AY 2024-2025 must notify their department chair or program director of their intention before September 27th, 2024. Failure to notify the department chair by the deadline will result in delayed consideration until the following year.
Chairs send the names of the faculty coming up for promotion to their Dean’s office by October 4th, 2024.
Deans send the name (Dept, UTA ID, & Email) to Division of Faculty Success by October 18th, 2024 (facultysuccess@uta.edu).
