Log in to UT Share for onboarding: update info, set up direct deposit, and sign forms. Complete promptly to finalize your hire and access university systems.

Schedule Onboarding Appointment
Schedule a MANDATORY appointment with our onboarding team to finalize your I-9 within 3 days of your start date.
Insurance Enrollment
UTA Benefits Services offers competitive benefits to eligible employees, retirees, and dependents. Full-time hires have 31 days from hire date to enroll in insurance benefits.
