The UTA Leadership Academy is designed as a broad leadership development program that includes the essential characteristics and skills needed to be an effective leader in a higher education environment.
UTA is partnering with ACUE to offer the Effective Teaching Practices Course to faculty. The course consists of 25 modules that faculty complete online working with a cohort of other faculty and guided by a facilitator from UTA.
The UTA Center for Research on Teaching and Learning Excellence (CRTLE) engages faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and community partners in research and innovative, high impact practices to enhance teaching and learning (AAC&U, 2008).
