The 1042-S can be accessed online through Sprintax Calcusus by electing to receive the 1042-S form electronically.
When should I complete Sprintax Calculus?
Your Sprintax Calculus profile should be completed and any accompanying documents uploaded through Document Exchange within 5 days from receiving the access email from noreply@sprintax.com
If I qualify for a tax treaty exemption, what forms do I need to submit?
Sprintax Calculus will provide the Form 8233 and Statement to form 8233 to sign and upload in Document Exchange.
I applied for a Social Security Number (SSN) but do not have it yet. Should I wait to complete Sprintax until after I receive it?
No, your Sprintax profile should be completed as soon as you receive the activation email. The profile can be updated once you receive your SSN.
How can I sign my Sprintax documents?
Sprintax documents can be signed electronically using Sprintax's Multi-Factor Authentication function.
What should I do if my immigration status has changed?
Update your Sprintax Calculus profile as soon as possible and upload updated documents into Document Exchange. This includes changing or extending your VISA status, starting on OPT/CPT, or becoming a permanent resident or U.S. Citizen.
