Event Set-Ups, Rentals, Office Moves, and Vending
EVENT SET-UPS AND RENTALS
Distribution Services provides event set-up assistance. We have an inventory of supplies that can be rented and set up for departmental events on campus.
Our inventory includes:
- Rectangle, round, and cocktail tables
- Blue stackable and folding chairs
OFFICE MOVES
Distribution Services can provide small office moves for the campus. We will schedule a job walk to determine the size and scope of the requested task and work to schedule a convenient completion date. If the requested move is beyond the capability of Distribution Services, Distribution Services staff will work with the department to find a third-party vendor. Payment for moving services by a third-party vendor is the responsibility of the department. Distribution Services rents moving bins to assist with office moves.
VENDING
Distribution Services is the main liaison between the campus and the third-party companies that supply the vending machines on campus. Please contact us if you have a question about maintenance, refunds, moving a machine, or getting a new machine.
Work Orders are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7am - 4pm
Request for Service
To request for service, submit a work request. Events Setups are contingent upon the requested dates and do not follow a set schedule.
