About HUB Program
The Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) program promotes equal business opportunities for minority-owned, women-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. It ensures that these businesses have fair access to contracts and procurement opportunities.
Benefits of HUB Certification
- Free Registration: There is no cost to apply for HUB certification.
- Valid for 4 Years: Certification remains valid for four years, as long as the business continues to meet all eligibility criteria.
- Increased Visibility: Your business will be listed in the TPASS HUB Directory, which is used by state agencies along with the Centralized Master Bidder's List (CMBL) to solicit bids from certified HUBs.
- Broader Exposure: Certified HUBs gain greater visibility to the public and other organizations with supplier diversity programs looking for minority- and women-owned businesses.
