Process and Reference:
If you experienced extraordinary events during a semester that caused you to be academically unsuccessful during that term, you may be eligible for a one-time tuition refund appeal.
You may request a Tuition and Fee Refund through the appeals process.
Students who feel that mitigating circumstances may have prevented them from complying with GPA or Excessive Hours policies may file an appeal by completing Waiver Appeal (F-2-67) and submitting it to University Administration Building, 1st Floor Rm. 130, Box 19649, Arlington, TX 76019 or by fax to 817-272-2333 or by email at studentfinancials@uta.edu.
