Complaints regarding the outcome of student conduct hearings.

Process and Reference:

Students may appeal a disciplinary action taken by the Office of Student Conduct by submitting a written appeal with specific reasons within 14 days after notification of sanction(s) assessed by the Conduct Officer or the decision of the Hearing Officer. The appeal of the hearing officer's decision shall be made to the Appeal Official per UTA HOP SL-SC-PO-01 Student Conduct and Discipline Policy, Section I. (p.25). Any disciplinary action will be placed on hold while the appeal is considered. The Academic Integrity process is outlined in the Student Conduct page.
