New Students

We thank you for your interest in our program. UT Arlington’s Art & Art History Department provides students with a wide range of creative study options in the Visual Arts. UT Arlington is centered in the heart of the Dallas and Fort Worth area, home to world-renown art museums such as the Kimbell Art Museum; the Dallas Museum of Art; the Nasher Sculpture Center; as well as being home to the second largest modern museum in the United States, the Fort Worth Modern Museum. The active community of museums and art galleries throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex makes UT Arlington the perfect place to pursue an education and career options in the Arts.

At this time in your pursuit of academic enrichment, we would like to extend an invitation for you to tour our beautiful campus. Tours can be scheduled by contacting our Admissions office at (817) 272-8687 or register online through the UT Arlington Office of Admissions website.
