Event Catering

UTA Dining Services provides catering for the faculty, staff, and student organizations on campus. Please visit Maverick Catering for details on their services, view catering menus, and online ordering. External clients are required to use Maverick Catering when booking space in the University Center. 10% of all catering sales is paid back directly to UTA.

If you choose not to use UTA's Maverick Catering for your event, below is a list of Approved Caterers and Approved Food Trucks that may be used on campus.  You must submit your request to use an outside caterer at least 14 days in advance of your event by completing the Outside Vendor Request (linked in the sidebar to the left). If your desired caterer is not listed, Departments and Student Organizations will need to submit the Outside Vendor Request form to Robbie Werner at robbie.werner@uta.edu.  She will email approval status once received.  If you wish to get the approval of a vendor that is not listed, please see the New Caterer Guidelines listed in the sidebar to the left.  All required documents for new caterers can be submitted to robbie.werner@uta.edu for approval.  This is a separate approval from the PaymentWorks process, and must also be completed 14 days in advance of your event.  For direct billing from your department to the caterer, please refer to the column marked "PaymentWorks."  "Y" signifies that they are already set up at UTA.

If a department wishes to pay an approved caterer directly but there is not a Y in the column, Robbie can extend an invitation to complete the PaymentWorks process upon request.
