Frequently Asked Questions:

For students, both space and basic technology packages are provided at no additional cost. For departments, space is free, but there is a charge for technology. Both student orgs and departments are charged for any event personnel/special requests outside of standard packages. 
At the UC, our Campus Information Center is located by the vending machines and UC Art Gallery and can unlock rooms and send our Operations personnel to assist with your equipment day-of! 
At the Commons, our front desk receptionist on the second floor is available and can unlock and assist with study rooms or event rooms. Make sure you have a reservation confirmed!

It's simple! If the website doesn't automatically sign you in, just use your UTA email and password upon seeing the sign in page. Our team will approve your account within 1-3 business days. Please note: all emails ending in @mavs.uta.edu will be denied access.
