Teamwork
TEAMWORK: ABILITY TO CONSIDER DIFFERENT POINTS OF VIEW AND TO WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH OTHERS TO SUPPORT A SHARED PURPOSE OR GOAL.
Teamwork is an important part of the working culture and few jobs today don’t involve working with others in teams, which is why teamwork skills are a vital core objective. UTA provides its students opportunities to develop teamwork skills. Students learn critical teamwork skills including how to take individual responsibility and accountability; how to give constructive feedback; problem solving; management and organization and knowledge of roles. The rubrics used by UTA to evaluate Teamwork skills appear below, along with results reports from Core Curriculum Objective assessment activities here at UTA.
