Engineering Research Building Ribbon Cutting
A March 4 ribbon cutting heralds completion of the building, which opened for classes and research in January 2011. The state-of-the-art structure houses laboratories, classrooms, and office space to accommodate many of the national research projects of the College of Engineering and the College of Science.

Exercise programs offered through UT Arlington’s Center for Healthy Living and Longevity are drawing rave reviews from their target demographic: adults 65 and older. Participants in the studies cite improvements in cardiovascular fitness, decreases in blood pressure, and a more independent lifestyle.
