Jan Collmer

(’54 AS, Science and Engineering; ’63 BS, Mathematics) wrote Go Start Something! Live Life on the Edge. A longtime Dallas civic leader, he worked at Texas Instruments before moving to Varo, where he started a semiconductor unit. He founded Collmer Semiconductor in 1979 and sold it in 2005.
