UTA families generously contribute their philanthropic support in an effort to continuously enhance the lives of every student on campus. There are many ways that families support UTA, including purchasing a membership in the Maverick Parent & Family Association (MPFA) and contributing to the Parent & Family Fund, Emergency Assistance Fund, and the MPFA Scholarship Endowment.
All Maverick Parent & Family Association (MPFA) membership purchases and renewals are instrumental in funding one scholarship opportunity for your students as well as providing an operational budget for programs and events within the Parent & Family Services.
The Parent & Family Association awards three, $800 scholarships every fall and spring semester. All students who have a parent or a family member in the MPFA, with an active membership status, that are in good academic standing with the University are eligible to apply.
Outside financial support helps to make sure that the Emergency Assistance Fund is able to continue its work in helping our students in need. Please consider making a gift to the EAF in support this important work.
