Complaints Process
Any concerns or complaints regarding the UTA Office of Parent & Family Services should first be shared/discussed with our office staff via email or by phone at 817-272-2128.
If a satisfactory response is not received, then the next step should be to speak to the Director of Transition Programs & Services, Tasha Talton: tasha.talton@uta.edu.
If a satisfactory response is not received from the Interim Director, then please contact the, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, Molly Albart: molly@uta.edu.
Finally, unresolved concerns/complaints should be directed to the Vice President for Student Affairs at 817-272-6080.
