Spring Break Parking Lot Maintenance

Periodic maintenance of the parking lots allows UTA to reduce operating expenses and extend the life of our parking facilities.  The Office of Facilities Management will be completing parking lot maintenance over Spring Break on many parking lots that were postponed during to the pandemic. Maintenance will include a combination of repairing potholes, resealing the surfaces, and repainting the parking lines.  Parking lots will be closed between 1 and 5 days (weather pending) based on the amount of work to be completed in each parking lot.  This work will extend the life of these parking lots for another 4-7 years.

There are three vendors working during this short window to complete the work.  Please be patient and add extra time to find alternative parking if you will be on campus during Spring Break. The "After 5PM" rules are in effect during Spring Break, so parking restrictions are relaxed all-day as if it were after 5pm.

The map below shows the impacted parking lots.  The red marks indicated parking areas closed all week. The yellow marks indicate 1-day closures.  The black marks indicate points of interest.
