Competency Assessment

Thoughtful self-assessment and the assessment of others is an important skill and function in managerial practice.

The HCAD Program’s Advisory Board and Faculty have adopted The National Center for Healthcare Leadership’s (NCHL) current competency model.

Each course in the Program has been designed to emphasize key competencies that are relevant to the learning objectives of the particular course.
