Degree requirements
The Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science consists of 120 hours towards the current degree plan.
Required and satisfactory courses include:
- Core requirements in English, Literature, History, Math, Science, Creative Arts, Communications, Political Science, Foreign Language, and Social Science.
- 10 upper-level Political Science courses across different areas.
- A minor of 18 hours in another subject/area of study.
Individual advising appointments every semester are necessary to ensure students are on track and enrolled in courses to help satisfy their degree plan. For a copy of the POLS degree plan, please contact the undergraduate academic advisor.
