In your lesson plan list the strand, number, letter, and the complete knowledge & skill.
For example:

(1) Foundations: music literacy. The student describes and analyzes musical sound and reads, writes, and reproduces music notation. The student is expected to:
(C) use basic music terminology in describing changes in tempo, including allegro/largo, and dynamics, including forte/piano

The English Language Proficiency Standards must be included on your lesson plan. Please review the ELPS document; page 18 will be the most useful to you in determining which ELPS to include on your lesson plan.
Go to the College of Education Field Experience website to download your student teaching handbook. You will need to download the Secondary & EC 12 Student Teaching Handbook.
*Graphs/Tables (label each graph/table) - labeled correctly: Figure 1. Classroom demographics

The Teacher Observation Record (TOR) - Long Form is the instrument used for evaluating student teachers.
All Cooperating Teachers must complete UTA COEd Cooperating Teacher Training every semester that they are a Cooperating Teacher per TEA regulations. Please review the content and follow the directions to record your training.
