My IDP

Monthly MyIDP sessions are run by Dr. Robin Macaluso. MyIDP is a web-based career-planning tool designed to help postdocs and PhDs set career goals and work towards them. These sessions will guide postdocs in identifying their strengths, setting clear career goals, building a good relationship with their mentor, networking successfully, and honing their leadership and communication skills.
