(’72 BS, Civil Engineering), 65, March 25 in Amarillo. Mr. Oppermann was a professional engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation for 31 years, serving the Fort Worth and Dallas districts. He received the American Council of Engineering Companies Award for Excellence while working as project manager on the George Bush Turnpike for KBR (formerly Kellogg Brown & Root).
