The National Science Foundation has awarded a grant to UT Arlington researchers to study a new model for how motor proteins behave in the body. Mechanical and aerospace engineering Assistant Professor Alan Bowling is the lead investigator. Physics Assistant Professor Samarendra Mohanty and chemistry Associate Professor Subhrangsu Mandal are co-principal investigators.
