University College Dedication
Outstanding achievement and student success now have a meeting place at University College, centrally located on campus in Ransom Hall. The new center, which was dedicated on Thursday, September 2, is home to advising, student support services, the University Studies Program, the McNair Scholars Program, and counseling services. UT System Chancellor Francisco G. Cigarroa, M.D., attended the dedication and said, “University College will help students…throughout their years here. And in fact, throughout their lives.”
