VA Certificate of Eligibility if veteran served on or after 9/11/2001. COE may be obtained by completing an application on vets.gov

Active duty orders needed if residing out of state

Select My Forms

Click Fill out a new form in the top left

Locate the Veteran application form

Upload and submit all documents to the submission form

Please make sure to select the correct academic year on your application.
