Financing Childcare

As a full-time undergraduate student, you might be eligible to receive assistance in paying for childcare while you are in school. The program is called Child Care Services (CCS and some refer to the program as CCMS) and is offered through the Texas Workforce Commission.

WIC

WIC's primary focus is to provide education for parents and caregivers about the proper nutrition for infants and children. Clients can attend various informational workshops, receive breastfeeding support and supplemental WIC foods.

Texas Resource Connection

The Resource Connection is a 280-acre campus of health, education, employment, and human service agencies located in a one-stop environment formed to share resources and solve problems together. The campus, formerly the Fort Worth State School, located north of Interstate 20 off Campus Drive near the south campus of Tarrant County College, co-locates a wide variety of agencies and services in a campus environment accessible by public transportation.
