Emergency Services

UTA strives to promote safety and awareness for the community. In addition, the UTA Police Department is here to serve the students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the campus 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. If you or other students you know of that are expereincing sexual assult, domestic violence, death, homeless, food insecurity, or have emergency financial crisis, please call the MAVS Talk 24 Hour Crisis Line at 817-272-Talk (8225).

Getting Here

UTA is located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. All major highways lead you to campus no matter which direction you're traveling from.

The city of Arlington offers limited public transportation, but taxis are readily available for those arriving at DFW airport or Love Field. You may also rent a car through Enterprise or other companies.

If you are traveling from Dallas or Fort Worth, you may take the Trinity Railway Express to the TRE Centre Port/DFW Airport Station.

We offer multiple floor plans in 10 vibrant apartment communities at various price points, so you'll be sure to find a place to call your own.

Make a Payment

The University accepts cash, checks, traveler's checks, money orders, wires and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner's Club, and American Express. Student's 10-digit UTA ID must be provided with payment. Any form of payment that is returned unpaid can result in enrollment withdrawal and additional penalties.

Select the Make a Payment Link to access the payment gateway (TouchNet)

From the payment gateway you can make or schedule payments using an electronic check, debit or credit card.

This is the preferred payment option. Payment appears on your account immediately.

In Person

Payments can be made in person at the Student Accounts cashier windows located in Room 130, 1st floor, E. E. Davis Hall. Cashier windows are open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Cashier windows are closed on weekends and University holidays.

Traveler's Checks
Traveler's checks must be signed in the presence of a cashier and presented in person at a Student Accounts cashier window during normal operating hours.

By Mail

Checks or money orders may be mailed to Student Accounts. Please include your 10-digit student ID with the payment.

UT Arlington has partnered with Flywire (formerly peerTransfer) to streamline the international payment process. Flywire allows you to pay securely from any country and any bank, typically in your home currency. By making your payment with Flywire, you can:

Save on bank fees and exchange rates
Contact their multilingual customer support team with any questions, day or night.

How to make a payment with Flywire

Go to flywire.com. From the dropdown menu, select your institution, enter your payment amount and country of origin.
Select your preferred payment method from the options provided. Options may include bank transfer, debit/credit card in your home currency, electronic payment, or other local options.
Create your account or log into your existing Flywire account, then enter some basic information to initiate your payment booking.
Follow the instructions provided to send funds to Flywire. For bank transfers, follow the instructions provided to send your funds. Depending on your bank, payment may be made online, in person, or over the phone. For debit/credit card payments, enter your card details online to complete your payment in your home currency. Note: Additional local payment options may be available depending on the country you are paying from.
Track your payment by logging into your Flywire account at any time. Receive text and email status updates each step of the way including a confirmation when your payment has been delivered to your institution.

Kiosks

There are several kiosks around campus which allow students to access online features related to registration and payment. The kiosks are available anytime the building in which they are in is open. Building hours can be found on the related Web page for that building.

Wetsel Building: at the entrance of the Parking Office
University Center (2): near MavExpress and near the Information Services Desk

Parking

UT Arlington has a streamlined parking permit system and updated campus shuttle routes to help students, faculty, staff, and visitors navigate through our 420-acre campus.
