Work Order Requests

Online service requests will be out of service starting at 4pm on 21 November 2024. You may contact the Service Call Center at 817-272-2000 or send an email to wosc@exchange.uta.edu to submit a work order at this time.


If your repair requires an emergency response (i.e. elevators, fire, flood, etc.) then DO NOT use this system for help.  Instead, please call the Service Call Center at 817-272-2000.

If you are on-campus and connected to the UTA network then no special access steps are required to submit your request.  If you are in an apartment, residence hall, or are otherwise off campus then UTA VPN access is required to submit your request.  Please connect to UTA VPN first and then follow the steps below to submit your request.  For instructions to connect to VPN at UTA please visit this site: VPN at UTA

Instructions to Submit Request

Click the Submit Work Request button at top of screen.  A login window will pop-up for you to type your UTA account credentials.  Enter your UTA Net ID and password in the pop-up window.

After successfully logging in, the Work Order Request system will load in a separate window as shown below.  If this window does not automatically load, then you may need to change the pop-up control settings in your browser.  When the Work Order System request window loads, please follow on-screen instructions to submit your request.
