Opening in Fall 2025, Maverick Hall is a state-of-the-art Residence Hall built with the Maverick student in mind. Featuring three room types (single, double, private), full-sized beds, five stories, and places for students to dig into their studies, or simply relax in the green space, Maverick Hall sets students up for success at UTA. Maverick Hall is located on the west side of campus, within steps of The Commons and the Maverick Activity Center

Maverick Hall is set to redefine the residential experience at UTA. This will be a 654 bed, five-story residence hall with a mix of single and double occupancy rooms, designed to cultivate a vibrant student community. This facility will showcase contemporary amenities, including versatile learning spaces, dynamic student engagement areas, innovative technology, centralized gathering spots, and open kitchens on each floor to encourage connections among students. In response to a notable rise in freshman enrollment and a growing demand for on-campus housing, this initiative aligns with UTA's dedication to offering state of the art accommodations, ensuring an unmatched living, and learning experience for our student community.
