Instructions to Submit Request


Click the Submit Work Request button at top of screen.  If you are not logged into your UTA account when accessing the Work Order System then you will be prompted to login with your UTA username and password.  Please follow prompts as necessary to complete the login process.  If you need help logging into your UTA account, please contact the OIT Service Desk for assistance.  After successful sign-in, the Work Order System will load in a separate window as shown below.
