If your repair requires an emergency response (such as elevators, fire, flood, etc.) then DO NOT use this system for help.  Instead, please call the Service Call Center at 817-272-2000.

Click the Submit Work Request button at top of screen.  If you are not connected to the UTA network when accessing the Work Order System then you may receive a prompt to approve the sign-in request via an authenticator app.  Please follow the prompts as necessary to approve user sign-in outside of the campus network. If you need help working with an authenticator app, please contact OIT for assistance: OIT Service Desk

After successful sign-in, the Work Order Request system will load in a separate window as shown below.  If this window does not automatically load, then you may need to change pop-up control settings in your browser.  When the Work Order System request window loads, please follow on-screen instructions to submit your request.
