The Guest Services Office is your one-stop shop for campus facilities. We work as the liaison between you and the facility directors to determine availability, reserve the space, and provide one contract and invoice. Whether you are looking for meeting rooms, auditorium space, or outdoor or indoor recreation options UTA has the space and staff that will make your summer program a success.
Campus Recreation offers indoor/outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, indoor soccer gym, indoor tracks, racquetball and badminton courts, game room, table tennis, billiards, climbing wall and multi-purpose fields. The Maverick Activities Center also features the 400+ seat Lone Star Auditorium, conference rooms and multipurpose space.

Learn more about Texas HallIf you are a sponsored group collaborating with Guest Services, we can assist in reserving classroom spaces for your summer program. UTA has a wide variety of academic buildings on campus which offer classroom spaces for a group of 10 to a group of over 150. Reservations of classroom space are typically not available until the mid/late Spring semester after the summer class schedule has been finalized.
