Accessing MyMav

Need help checking your MyMav student portal? We got you!

Now that you've applied to UTA, you'll want to check your MyMav regularly to review any items on your To-Do or Holds list!

MyMav Student Portal FAQ

MyMav is your centralized student portal that will help you manage virtually every aspect of your UTA academic journey.

You will use MyMav for the following:

  • Checking for missing application items via your to-do list
  • Checking your admission application status
  • Accepting financial aid and scholarship awards
  • View your admission decision
  • Viewing your transfer credit report (once you've been admitted)
  • Registering for classes

You log in using your UTA-provided student email address. All your student credentials are emailed to you 1-3 business business days after UTA receives your application.

Check the current status of your application, view your admission decision, and view any missing documents, to-do list items or holds.

  1. Log in to MyMav, your student portal.
    • Enter your NetID and password. All your student credentials are emailed to you 1-3 business business days after UTA receives your application.
  2. Under the admissions section, you will see the status of your application. If you have a status of "Incomplete," please refer to your to-do list for any items that we may still need from you. Please note that it can take up to 5-7 business days for submitted application materials to be processed and removed from your to-do list. If you have a status of "Complete," please allow up to 3-5 weeks for us to process an admission decision.
