What does UTA look like?

Photographic imagery should further the UTA story by capturing images that represent our world class institution’s uniqueness. Images should be intentional with a powerful sense of purpose and consistency. Each photo should convey the positive aspects of UTA’s brand.

Student Nomination

We are seeking enthusiastic students to tell their stories and be featured in UTA's marketing video and photography. Students will be featured in ads, recruiting materials, and broadcast or streaming videos.

To be considered, you must be nominated through this application form. Eligibility for participation requires that the participant is in good standing, according to UTA's Office of Community Standards.

Photo Release Form and Requirements

UTA's photo release form for students, faculty, and staff now lives online. If a photo contains a student or employee as the primary subject or as part of a small featured group, a signed release form is required before the image can be used on UTA websites or in marketing and communication materials. A release is not needed when photographing incidental subjects as part of crowds on campus.
