Office of Academic Resource Planning

The office of Academic Resource Planning (ARP) at UTA was created by the CFO to provide high level financial, administrative, and strategic support to the Provost, Deans, and academic units. 

Our team is made up of eight ARP directors, two accountants, a data analyst, an administrative assistant, and an assistant vice president.  Our eight directors are embedded in UTAs eight academic colleges, with each director working closely with a dean.  The assistant vice president, accountants, data analyst, and administrative assistant are embedded in the Provost Office and work closely with the Provost and all academic units.

By reporting to the CFO while working with the Provost and Deans, we partner with both administrative and academic units and create collaborations and efficiencies across all of the colleges. 

We help with financial planning, resource allocation, business operations, budget forecasting, enrollment projections, data analyses, financial modeling, developing new budget models, and much more.
