Emilio Infante Hernandez is an art education major at UT Arlington. He is the President of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Incorporated Chi Alpha Chapter, and the Vice President of Recruitment and Engagement for the Multicultural Greek Council.
After graduation, he plans to teach in the DFW area and pursue a graduate degree in Higher Education to encourage students to pursue a college education.
According to the U.S. Department of Education, a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) is an institution that has at least 25% enrollment of undergraduate, full-time equivalent, Hispanic students. At UTA, we're committed to ensuring that HSI initiatives touch every aspect of the Maverick experience, and elevate UTA's presence in the HSI community to a national stage.
