Students immersed themselves in campus life by flocking to three semester-opening events. At Move-In Day (top right), hundreds of students, faculty and staff helped  newcomers carry their belongings into the residence halls. The first day of classes featured the MavsMeet Fall Convocation (bottom right), which kicked off with a procession of student organizations from the E.H. Hereford University Center to Texas Hall. At the annual Activities Fair Day/Maverick Cookout (left), dozens of campus organizations set up information booths on the UC mall.
