Proposal Under the Stars

The Planetarium provides a unique environment for a proposal to your loved one.

Our proposal package begins at $300.00 and includes the following:

• A private planetarium show for you and your partner
• Up to 1 hour rental
• "Will you marry me?" written among the stars
• 1 song of your choice
• Up to 15 pictures for a slideshow among the stars

If you elect for the picture slideshow, please send them via email in .jpg format and at least 72 hours before your event.

Additional custom programming will be quoted separately.

You can bring your own decorations, but please note due to fire safety concerns, we do not allow helium balloons or open flames.

*The rental is subject to approval from the facility director. It is assumed that the event will not conflict with the public programming of the Planetarium. Additional fees may apply if a public show needs to be canceled due to the event. All details of the event (including but not limited to decorations, lighting, & photography) needs prior approval by the facility director. Credit card is required to book the event. 50% of the total cost is non-refundable unless the event is canceled due to non-approval by the facility director. Rehearsal will be scheduled by the event director based on Planetarium’s availability.
