Chemistry Award
Bioengineer.org and Scienmag shared a UTA news release on Distinguished Professor Daniel Armstrong’s prestigious 2025 Pittcon Analytical Chemistry Award. Dr. Armstrong is set to receive the award on March 4 during the Pittcon Conference and Exposition in Boston.
Autonomous rideshare services
Hoodline Dallas shared a city of Arlington news release asking for public input on autonomous rideshare services for research being facilitated by UT Arlington. The University is a partner in the city’s Arlington RAPID public transportation pilot program.

Inside Lighting shared UTA research by Daniel Robinson, professor in the Department of Higher Education Adult Learning and Organizational Studies, and his colleagues on how specific lighting conditions in classrooms can enhance alertness, mood, and reading comprehension.
