A Legacy of Spirit and Change

UTA’s story is, in many ways, a story of reinvention. Over the years, the names and logos that have represented our institution have evolved in step with the aspirations of our community and the shifting needs of North Texas and the state. But while names and symbols have changed, and we’ve grown from a small private school to a world-class research university, our spirit and heart remain steadfast.
