Important Updates to Our Application Process
We are excited to announce recent updates to our application form on PeopleAdmin to improve user experience and streamline the process.
Streamlined Sections
To simplify the application, we have removed some redundant questions. This includes certain filler questions in the Training and Additional Information sections and the complete address requirement in the Employment History section.
Key Change: General Information Section
The most significant update is the relocation of the General Information section. It is now a dedicated page positioned at the end of the application process, following the Supplemental Questions. This section includes important queries such as:
- Are you currently employed by a Texas State Agency?
- Have you ever been employed or been a student at the University of Texas at Arlington?
- Do you have a relative employed at the University of Texas at Arlington?
These questions were previously scattered throughout the form. By consolidating them into a single, separate page, we aim to make it easier for candidates to complete this crucial information accurately and efficiently.
We believe these changes will enhance the overall application experience, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
