Exciting Updates for Applicant Reviewer and Initiator Access
We are pleased to announce significant updates to the Applicant Reviewer and Initiator Access system. These enhancements are designed to improve transparency and communication within the hiring process.
New Features for Hiring Teams
Hiring team members with access to view job postings will now see the following new features:
- Dedicated Recruiter Information: You can now easily identify who your dedicated recruiter is for each posting.
- Recruiter Activity Status: You will be able to see if a dedicated recruiter is actively assisting with your posting. This information is displayed in a “Read Only” format and can only be edited by the Talent Acquisition Team.
Enhanced Recruiter Engagement Tracking
After the dedicated recruiter conducts an engagement meeting with the hiring team, the “Currently Active” section will be updated too “Yes”. This change ensures that hiring teams are always informed about the status and involvement of their recruiter.
These updates aim to streamline the hiring process, enhance collaboration, and ensure that everyone involved is kept up to date with the latest information.
