Policy Update for Managers - Progressive Corrective Action

Join us as we help UTA leaders take our "People and Culture" strategic theme and apply it to how we lead our teams. UTA takes an approach to corrective action that encourages collaboration, a community of belonging, and integrity. We want to promote an open communication process regarding job expectations or correction when an employee demonstrates performance deficiencies or behaviors outside of policy.
