When it involves your Housing contract – or your conduct on campus – the following pages give you the ins, outs, dos, don’ts and all the instructions you’ll need so you can start living at UT Arlington.

WHAT EVERY STUDENT SHOULD KNOW

Your Housing contract spells out what we will do for you -- and what you agree to in return. Once you sign it, the contract is legal and binding and cannot be broken except in very specific situations.

The Residence Hall Handbook and the Apartment Handbook, two separate handbooks, are also legally binding adjunct to your Housing contract. Signing your contract signals your agreement to abide by the rules, policies and regulations presented in these handbooks as well.
