UTA and Dallas County Promise work to make a world-class education affordable and set students on the path to achieve their dreams. Dallas Promise is a coalition of 69 participating high schools and partner universities.
First-year graduates from a participating Dallas Promise high school or Dallas Promise transfer students with an associate's degree from Dallas College that meet eligibility requirements may receive funding through UTA’s Blaze Forward program. The Blaze Forward program provides students with funding to cover the cost of classes (tuition) through a combination of federal Pell Grant, TEXAS Grant, UTA grants and scholarships.
Students must meet all eligibility requirements by the deadlines provided below.
