Event Details
UTA's Graduate School Expo will be hosted on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
Registration will open soon!
This Expo will occur from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. with check-in beginning at 9 a.m. Exhibitors are encouraged to have their booth set up no later than 9:30 a.m.
The registration fee is $200 and provides exhibitors a table at the fair, along with a box lunch.
Expo Location
The event will be hosted within the E.H. Hereford University Center in the Palo Duro Lounge. Our Office of Admissions staff will be available to assist with directing exhibitors and transporting exhibitor materials.

Hotel Accommodations
Graduate School Expo does not have an official host hotel. Exhibitors will need to make their own hotel accommodations. Arlington has a wide range of hotels, both in terms of price and amenities. To view a list of UTA approved hotels please visit our hotel page.
