The UTA Department of Biology has a robust research program. Specialized research centers such as the Life Sciences Core Facility, the Amphibian and Reptile Diversity Research Center, the Shimadzu Institute for Research Technologies, and the North Texas Genome Center provide valuable resources for our interdisciplinary research programs.
